I love breakfast. It's one of my favorite meals, but sometimes it's so easy to overdo it and eat a high calorie breakfast without even realizing it. I typically stick to cereal, oatmeal, or yogurt. I love starting my day off with a healthy meal, but sometimes, I crave yogurt for lunch, even dinner! I made this nutty yogurt bowl for lunch, and it kept me full well past dinner! It was loaded with tons of yummy and healthy foods that made me feel good, especially since I had just gone running!

I recently bought a large container of Chobani vanilla greek yogurt and my Nana sent me a bag of Cascade Farms organic peanut butter ganola. I could already see the possibilities for delicious yogurt bowls. For this one, my nutty yogurt bowl, I combined a lot of textures and flavors for what was a delicious lunch.
Ingredients: Greek yogurt (vanilla)
Granola (I used Cascade Farms organic peanut butter granola)
Sun flower seeds
Honey
Cinnamon
Directions:
Layer the yogurt, ganola, and seeds in a bowl.
Drizzle with honey
Sprink with cinnamon
Yogurt bowls are so easy to make. The possibilities really are endless. Keep an eye out for more healthy dishes to come!
